I'm sure this joke has been done to death by now, but it's just a fun pic made as an excuse to draw the CMC as teens. I aimed to give Sweetie Belle a more 'rough' style as opposed to her sister, while making Apple Bloom more similar to AJ. Scootaloo was meant to look more like Rainbow Dash.

For the record, I highly doubt Scoot would really have a chicken cutie mark. Though, it'd be pretty lulzy.
